The guest left because she did not like anything. Hotel room was not clean, it was sticky with dirt, it was noisy. Hotel staff was impolite. |

For a so called 3 star hotel it was akin to a youth hostel, but paying to stay in a palace, at a rediculous rate per night i would expect hot water as standard, a menu with more than 3 items on it and electric light in my room all of which were not included. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and will be formally reporting these facts to the Best Western organisation. |

Rien. Bruyant et inconfortable. Pas de comparaison par rapport aux séjours effectués ailleurs par le biais de votre organisme. La chambre avais été donné à quelqu'un d'autre. J'avais prévenu de mon arrivée tardive mais apparemment la réception était plus affairée à l'ambiance boîte de nuit qu'à ma venue. La catégorie de cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus d'une étoile. L'espace petit déjeuner ressemble plus à une cantine qu'à une salle de restaurant. |

l'hôtel était sale (invasion de fourmis dans une des chambres, tâches sur les murs et tapis, araignées et autres insectes), personnel antipathique, service minimum. le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité de la chambre et du service. |
